PSI – Core Certificate

Selling Safety

This is one of the most important courses within the Safety Management Specialist Certificate. Selling Safety provides students with ideas and techniques for improving workplace relationships. The 21 Steps to Success in Selling Safety are integrated into the course material and examples are based upon real life experiences

Students will have an opportunity to rate themselves on how well they currently utilize the 21 Steps and will be encouraged to analyze their current communication techniques. Students will learn how to develop an environment of trust with co-workers and external contacts.

Who should attend:

Courses are designed for beginners and for seasoned safety professionals. Professional Safety Institute courses may be taken individually or as part of certified programs. Students are strongly encouraged to take Establishing a Successful Safety Program or Selling Safety before taking any other Professional Safety Institute course.
