Making Safety Performance Matter

This course addresses shifts in paradigms. Comfortable modes of thinking will be challenged to allow students to gain new insight into applying safety programs and achieving group cohesion. These same principles can be incorporated into students’ daily professional lives. The course provides students with an in-depth review of successful safety program structures for both the organization and the people within the organization.

Students are strongly encouraged to take Establishing a Successful Safety Program or Selling Safety before taking any other Professional Safety Institute course.
