Trainer Development Course

Are you responsible for conducting safety meetings or tailgates at your facility? Do you know what you want to say, but have difficulty expressing your expertise in a way that excites and engages your crew?

Knowledge of a subject and experience are not always enough to be able to effectively train others in a subject. This class is designed to use your experience and knowledge to refine your ability to convey that knowledge to your crew in a way that they will understand and absorb. Techniques to increase student engagement, incorporating hands-on interactive activities are presented. Students will also learn different adult learning styles and how to engage everyone on their own level.

Who Should Attend:

Supervisors, Team Leaders and others who are responsible for communicating safety training to their crews.
