This one-day, interactive course
provides participants with the techniques and concepts needed to
make correct safety performance matter on a moment-to-moment basis.
The program teaches the attributes that a successful manager of
people should have, including what it takes to help others achieve
success in their work. From that introduction, the course springs
forth into the ten principles of modern day safety management, and
the major components of a safety management program structure.

Attendees have the opportunity to
participate in the completion of a safety management perception
questionnaire highlighting their individual perceptions of their
organizations’ safety program efforts. The questionnaire can then
be used back on the job with fellow employees to ascertain the
perceived status of the organizations’ current safety efforts. |

Most importantly, this course
provides participants with a state-of-the-art system for analyzing
and solving safety problems, another program able to used
immediately back at work.
