Q: What type of DUI Programs does the Safety Center offer?

A: Safety Center offers both 1st and Multiple Offender Programs. Program costs are as follows:

Wet & Reckless: 6 weeks $221
First Offender: 3 months $593
  6 months $786
  9 months $1061
Multiple Offender:   18 months $1617

Q: How do I enroll into one of these programs?

A: All enrollments take place by Appointment Only. Please call Safety Center at (916) 438-3360 to schedule your enrollment appointment. Please have your court/case information with you when you call, as well as a pen and paper to write down your appointment information.

Q: What do I need to bring when I come to enroll?

A: Clients MUST bring:

  1. Photo I.D.

  2. $200 deposit (cash or money order).

  3. Court Paperwork or H-6 DMV printout.

No other form of payment will be accepted. If client does not bring the above items at time of their appointment, they have to reschedule the appointment.

Q: Where do I go to enroll?

A: ALL Safety Center enrollments are held at our main Sacramento office, located at: 3909 Bradshaw Road, Room 105, Sacramento, CA 95827 (800) 825-7262 ext. 237, or (916) 438-3360

Q: Does Safety Center offer weekend classes?

A: No, classes are available Monday-Friday ONLY.

Q: I have received a DUI, but have not yet been convicted. Can I enroll into a DUI program?

A: Safety Center recommends that clients do not enroll into a program before being convicted, due to the variation of offenses. But, the client may choose to enroll under the DMV administrative action form.

Q: Where does Safety Center offer classes?

A: Safety Center has two locations available to take classes. All enrollment appointments are held at our main office in Sacramento.

Q: Does Safety Center  accept out-of-state DUI cases?

A: Yes. Please call (916) 438-3360 to schedule an assessment appointment. Please specify it is for an out-of-state DUI when you call. The assessment cost is $100 (cash or money order only), due at the time of your appointment. Client must provide a current referral from the state of conviction.

Q: How do I get a restricted license?

A: Call the DMV Mandatory Action Unit at (916) 657-6525 for information. Or this information will be provided at the enrollment appointment.

Q: Does Safety Center offer DUI Programs in any language other than English?

A: Yes, Safety Center Incorporated also offers DUI Programs in Spanish and Russian. Please call for more information.

A: Safety Center offers both 1st DUI Offender Program and Drug Diversion. Program costs are as follows:

Wet & Reckless: 6 weeks $204
First Offender: 3 months $580
  6 months $785
  9 months $1043
Drug Diversion:   Tier I $400
  Tier II $480
