Program for Young Adults

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Are you concerned that you, a friend, or a family member may have a problem with alcohol or drugs? Do any of the signs below sound familiar?

• Truancy, tardiness, or slip in grades
• Change in physical appearance, grooming, etc.
• Frequent mood swings
• Loss of interest in normal activities
• Depression
• Lack of responsibility or respect

Safety Center Incorporated offers an alcohol & drug program designed especially for teenagers (ages 13-18).

Topics to be discussed:
• Self esteem and self awareness
• Goal setting and decision making
• Stress and coping skills
• Values
• Negative vs. positive thinking
• Dangers of drinking and driving
• Where to go for help

Offered at both our Sacramento and Modesto locations. 
Some Modesto classes are available in Spanish. Please call for details. 
All group sessions are by appointment only, and cost $60.
