Bob Lapidus has been in the safety & health management career field
since 1968, working as an internal safety manager in both the
public and private sectors.
Bob is currently an independent safety management consultant and is
co-creator of the Professional Safety Institute at the Safety Center Incorporated. He has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Union
College, Schenectady, New York, a Master's degree in safety
management from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, and he
is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Bob was a manager/supervisor for nineteen years and wrote his master's
paper on the subject of solving supervisory problems. Having been there himself and having studied the subject, he
is well qualified to teach this important course.
